1 introduction

2 characteristics of RFID logistics laboratory

the RFID Logistics Laboratory of Shanghai Maritime University focuses on the concept of "digital logistics", that is, the new technology of RFID will be fully integrated into the software and hardware of the whole laboratory, and strive to achieve the digitalization and informatization of all experimental projects. It fully reflects the characteristics of modern digital logistics. The main features are as follows:

3 RFID logistics laboratory layout and functional area division

3.1 RFID logistics laboratory layout

3.2 functional area division of RFID logistics laboratory

this area is mainly responsible for the practical training of warehousing business, and can set up experimental projects such as arrival acceptance, in warehouse inventory, goods sorting, transportation system planning and design. The access control system will demonstrate the situation when the goods enter the warehouse. The pallet shelf is divided into two areas. The goods will be displayed on the information kiosk in which goods enter. When the goods pass through the conveyor belt, the relevant data will also be collected by the terminal. All this is done by the computer reading the information in the electronic tag on the goods through the RFID reader without manual intervention. The RFID technology not only greatly improves the efficiency, but also is not easy to make mistakes. The specific location of the goods is also very intuitive, so there will be no trouble in finding the stacking place of the goods. Therefore, through the introduction of RFID technology, the traditional storage system has achieved a qualitative leap. With the increasingly fierce competition in the home appliance industry, a comprehensive and extensive application is just around the corner. And we have given students a very intuitive perception of this new technology in advance, which will surely benefit them immensely

(3) POS retail area:

its main hardware equipment includes: supermarket shelves, POS machines, RFID barcode printers, barcode scanners, handheld RFID readers, RFID readers and antennas, electronic tags and master computers

corresponding software systems include POS retail system and electronic label printing system

this area is mainly used to simulate POS retail and carry out secondary processing and value-added activities for goods in stock, such as labeling, price labeling, packaging change, packaging of promotional gifts, etc. It can set up POS retail business simulation, packaging operation training, electronic label printing and other experimental projects

this area is the information hub of the entire RFID logistics laboratory. It has computers respectively connected to each functional area, which can be used for on-site management and goods inspection. Liaoning Panjin Fine Chemical Industrial Park and Liaoning Northern New Material Industrial Park are used for radiation inspection, tally, scheduling, handheld terminal information processing and other business control. It is supplemented by some logistics system software to simulate the logistics business process, enable students to understand the logistics process and logistics concept from a macro perspective, and improve students' logistics operation ability and logistics management through logistics operation process drills
